All Overlap.org media uses a Creative Commons BY-NC license (free to share, non-commercially). When you submit media to share on Overlap.org, you are responsible for the content. If Overlap.org releases your work (see artist agreement on About page), your own copyright remains, unless a work for hire agreement has been established, or if you choose to co-publish your work with OVERLAP MUSIC (ASCAP) for licensing exposure. If Overlap.org records a live performance from an OVERLAP event of otherwise, Overlap will ask your permission before we feature the master recordings on the Overlap.org or any podcast or feed hosted from Overlap.org.
